Failed video tasks

A task that reaches the failed state returns its reserved credits. The real charge state is shown with the task in My videos. A pending or uncertain submission is not automatically treated as failed, to avoid submitting or refunding the same job twice.

Completed outputs

A completed video is a delivered creative output. Changes in personal preference do not automatically trigger a refund. If a technical problem prevented access to a completed result, keep the task reference and contact the operator for review.

Credit packs and payments

Do not purchase unless the real checkout is available and shows the final price, credit amount and validity. Only server-confirmed orders grant credits. Returning from checkout, closing a payment window or seeing an order number is not proof of payment.

Requests about an unused pack or a duplicate payment require review of the real order and credit usage. We do not promise automatic cash refunds for all unused balances. Applicable non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
