Acceptable Use Policy — AI Rap Video Hub

Scope and adult consent

This policy forms part of our Terms of service. It covers all text and other inputs, uploaded media, generation requests, outputs and their use or distribution. You must be at least 18. Use only images of yourself or adults who have explicitly authorized the intended use, and obtain permission from every depicted adult. Do not upload images of children. AI-generated performances must be identified honestly as AI-generated; do not present them as authentic recordings or real statements or actions.

Prohibited content and conduct

1. Sexual content / NSFW: pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexualized nudity and other sexually explicit or exploitative material, whether real or synthetic.
2. Violence / gore: graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, extreme gore, or content promoting, threatening or celebrating violence or harm.
3. Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening or inciting discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
4. Child safety — zero tolerance: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, sexualization of minors, grooming, or other content endangering children. This includes real, synthetic, altered and purported depictions. We have zero tolerance for CSAM. Do not create, upload, request, distribute or facilitate it.
5. Non-consensual intimate imagery/content (NCII): intimate images or recordings without the depicted person's explicit consent, including synthetic or manipulated sexual depictions, sexual deepfakes, threats to distribute them, and sexual extortion. Consent to an ordinary photo does not authorize intimate use.
6. Illegal acts and other abuse: illegal activity, fraud, scams, exploitation, harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, threats, or attempts to evade safety measures or facilitate these acts.

Identity and intellectual property

Do not impersonate others or create misleading deepfakes. Do not upload or use photos or voices of public figures, celebrities or politicians. Do not use unauthorized real people or suggest that someone performed, spoke, endorsed something or participated in your video without their permission. These uses are prohibited even if you label the result as AI-generated. Do not clone an identifiable artist's voice or misrepresent synthetic performances as genuine recordings.

You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for photos, likenesses, trademarks, music, voice recordings, motion clips and lyrics, including any rights required for publication or commercial use. Online availability does not establish a license. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights.

Safety checks and operational boundaries

Before generation, the complete generation text is checked by Waffo; only an allowed result permits submission. Blocked, pending or unavailable/error checks prevent submission to the video provider. This text check does not send uploaded media or signed media links, and is not an image or generated-video content review. See the Privacy policy for the existing data-handling details. We do not claim to have identified or verified every subject, permission or output. You remain responsible for complying with this policy.

Enforcement and review

Following manual assessment, we reserve the rights described in the Terms to suspend or terminate account or service access, restrict or remove content under our control, and revoke abuse- or fraud-related credits, including reducing the affected balance to zero in serious cases where lawful. Measures must be proportionate and preserve non-excludable rights and unrelated paid entitlements. We normally explain the reason; serious safety, investigation or legal needs can limit or delay notice. You can appeal by email for manual review.

We assess reports and appeals manually and take measures available to us under applicable law. Removal applies to content under our control; we cannot recall files already downloaded or copies held by third parties.

Report content or appeal a decision

Report content by email to support@airapvideohub.com. Identify the category (sexual/NSFW, violence/gore, hate, child safety/CSAM, non-consensual intimate content, or other abuse), the task ID or a safe page URL, a brief description and contact details for follow-up. Do not attach illegal content or send passwords, full card details or private signed media URLs. For suspected child abuse, describe the concern without downloading, copying or redistributing the material.

We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and provide an initial outcome or progress update within 7 business days. Complex cases may take longer; we will explain delays and provide further progress where possible. Child safety, non-consensual intimate content and immediate harm receive priority; applicable legal deadlines take precedence. These are operating targets, not a promise of 24/7 monitoring or a fixed resolution time for every case.

Reports are reviewed manually. Where appropriate, we may ask for safe supporting details, assess the report, take proportionate measures under the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, and inform the reporter or affected user subject to privacy, safety and legal limits.
