What the service processes

We process your sign-in details, uploaded media, selected video settings, generation tasks and credit/payment records to provide the service. Do not upload sensitive information, children’s photos or material you do not have permission to use.

Media and processors

Your chosen generation provider receives the inputs needed for the task. Uploaded assets are stored privately. Authorized, time-limited media links may be issued for processing, preview and downloads. A private link is still sensitive: do not share it with people you do not want to access the file.

Account access and retention

Task history is scoped to the signed-in account that created it. Upload and output access windows are reported by the service; an expired download link does not by itself prove that every stored copy has been deleted. A self-service media deletion button is not currently offered. Retention and manual deletion requests should be directed to the service operator through the Contact page.

Payments and necessary cookies

Payment providers handle payment details. We keep the order status and credit accounting needed to fulfill your purchase. Necessary cookies support sign-in and language preferences; these are separate from optional analytics.

Optional analytics and your choice

When configured, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) loads only after you accept analytics. We use it for public-page views and visit-source statistics, without advertising features. We do not send uploaded media, rap themes, account or payment details, or private-page URLs to GA4. You can reject analytics or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings. Withdrawing stops further optional analytics collection; it does not delete data already collected.

Separately, the existing sign-up attribution process can retain landing UTM tags and an external referrer in cookies and associate them with a registration. This is distinct from GA4 public-page analytics. The GA4 consent controls do not change that existing registration-attribution process.

Your requests

You may ask the operator about access, correction or deletion of account and media information. Some financial or security records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. Email support@airapvideohub.com for these requests. The Contact page also provides account and order checks.
